That Crazy Mom 06 June, 2008 12:17

Ok, I'm supposed to be working but I'm sitting here singing "Too Much Too Little Too Late" and not getting anything done!

I forgot ALL about that song but as soon as the video started, it all came back to me.

Speaking of Mr. Bill Withers, I have that song on my iPod and my darling 5 yr old Princess (bless her heart she's about the only one that likes my singing) used to make me sing it to her all the time. I was singing it along with the radio one day and from there on out she'd ask me to sing "that Sunshine song". And now...SHE sings it. Its on my iPod as well as hers and she knows the words. Her favorite part is "I know, I know, I know, I know, I know..."

My mom, the woman that raised me on old soul music, was so tickled when I called her up and had Princess sing it to her over the phone. I have a video of her singing it saved on my cell phone.

LOVE LOVE love your song choices!

Thin line is the stalker anthem, after the movie I can never hear that song without thinking crazy-deranged.

These are just classics, they make me feel good. These are feel good songs, Anything with Teddy in it, is a feel-good song.

The too little, too late is the jam. Now, this is another sad love song..
