Happy OSF! Marvin reminds us that make-up sex is often better than make-up songs...

Thank you for visiting my make-up song for this week's OSF theme. I invite your blog readers to check out Luther VanDross if they have time or inclinaton.

peace, Villager

I see lot of us are shining the spotlight on artists that are no longer with us who will never be forgotten. We got a little Barry...some Luther and now some Marvin. Can't go wrong with any of them.

Happy OSF!

Danielle 25 July, 2008 09:18

I gotta agree with the Villager on this one.

I love "Let's get it on."

Have a blessed weekend.

Believer 1964 25 July, 2008 09:36

I co-sign with Villager as well. ;) Passion baby!

Interesting, I thought of Marvin and Barry too, but glad I took another route to mix it up!

ShAĆ© - ShAĆ© 25 July, 2008 11:39

Oh yeah, Sexual Healing is definitely a make up song. You hit that one on the head.

Happy OSF Regina!

Marvin Gaye was a master singer and great at making music which helped to touch lives of many people. Good choices.

Trying not to cheat, as I'm getting ready to do mine. Great take on it and I love those songs, Marvin Gaye is probably the king of make-up songs, love songs, sexy songs, songs.

MrsGrapevine 26 July, 2008 08:18

I just hear the opening bars, and it just does something to me. This song has a charm on it, cause instantly it's gets you going. I think I co-sign with everyone else, Villager said it best.
