Wordless Wednesday #38"The Chef's Creations"

You know that my daughter is in Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. If you didn't know check out this post HERE and HERE. So take a look at a few of the Chef-In Training's creations! YUMMM!!

She is going to make a stuffed pork tenderloin (stuffed with mozzarella cheese and prosciutto) for Thanksgiving! I'll TRY to get pictures before the masses devour it! Oh Happy Day!!

Great presentation! They both look appetizing even though I'm not a lamb eater.

Woohoo! What time is dinner and what should I bring?

If I didn't have the taste of a 5 year old, I'd be all over that! I looks beautiful! Happy Wordless Wednesday & Thanksgiving!

Hey there Regina!!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

I am sooo proud of your daughter!! She is learning so much in her program and these dishes really DO look just like the ones at 5-star restaurants presented by the famed chefs!

I can't wait to see the Thanksgiving entrees that she created!!

Next thing we know, you'll be telling us that she's moving to D.C. because Michelle and Barack hired her as the White House chef!!! (smiles)

Since Michelle's mom is moving in with them and you KNOW her mom can thrown down in the kitchen, I suspect that a few of the cooks in the kitchen will be getting their pink slips in 2009...oh's time for the White House to bring in a new set of cooks who know what's happening with fried okra...smothered chops...peach peas and smoked hocks! (smiles)

Peace, blessings and DUNAMIS!
