Marriage, Finances, and Credit Repair.

Marriage and finances go hand in hand, as do finances and divorce.  I was married once and one of the biggest issues in my marriage was the misuse of finances.  My ex-husband had no budgeting skills, which ultimately left the responsibility of budgeting and bill paying to me.  However this was extremely hard to do with someone who spent more than they made and did not want to release those funds to someone else! Yep, good times!

Of course, in hindsight there were many signs that my marriage would eventually end in divorce.  The finances was a HUGE red flag! Separate accounts, money secrecy, unexplained spending, yes, there were MANY red flags!  Luckily, you live, you learn, you grow-up, you improve, you move on and hopefully DO NOT make the same mistakes that you made in your past!
Of course, having the proper resources is a plus!

Do you have a bad credit history that you hide from your significant other or spouse? If this is the case, you might have trouble in your relationship’s future.  According to recent studies, these tendencies can indicate the strength of your relationship.  Maybe you are wondering how credit history can predict divorce.  If you thought bad credit only could hurt you financially, reconsider your logic.  Take a look at this infographic to see how research suggests that credit usage can predict divorce in your future.
