WORD Clashes With The World

I was reading a book titled "The Devil Walks In Mattingly" by Billy Coffey, last week. I had to write a review on it (You can find the review HERE). It was an interesting book about REDEMPTION,GUILT, and SIN.
In the book was a very interesting quote. I actually went back into the book to find the quote and think about it some more.  The quote was...
"When the WORD clashes with the world the WORD must always win out".
I found this quote so interesting because the world seems to want to battle the WORD! I have no idea why this is true or why people want to challenge the WORD of God but they
do. However the WORD OF GOD will always win out!
The bible says in Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
The only way to renew your mind is to immerse it in the WORD of GOD.
