Need To Relax? Take A Moment...

Take the time to relax.
Do something for YOURSELF! Life is all consuming with work, school, church, family, spouse, charity, events, errands, and the list goes on and on. It is easy to get overwhelmed and loose yourself in the ACTIVITIES of your life.
Take a moment for yourself. It may not always be possible to go on vacation, or go out and relax, but there are little things that you can do for yourself.
A couple weekends ago I found myself home alone, no kids, no grand-kids, no paperwork to do, no school paper or homework to do, so it seemed like a good time to pop in one of my favorite movies [League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen], pull out the foot soak tub and sit back and enjoy some "ME TIME"!!

Take time for YOU! Love YOURSELF!

Me time is so critical, but also so easy to overlook. Sometimes being alone is so restoring - looks like you had a great time!
